We’re proud of our rooms here at the Clairmont and are regularly improving them to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The blend of period features harking back to our Georgian origins and modern comfort is perfectly matched. Whether you are staying for business or pleasure, all our guests are able to take advantage of free super fast Wi-Fi in every room and even if you don’t have a computer, we even have one available for you in the study at no extra cost. Mobile phone signals from all major networks are available, including 3G.

Watch over 20 channels on flat screen TVs, watch a DVD or listen to a CD, every room has an up to date entertainment package for your enjoyment. Prefer low tech? We also have books for you to read in our small library, or simply take advantage of our garden seating area and take in the Shropshire air. Fancy a walk? There are traffic-free routes like the Silkin Way, and our famous Wrekin, all within walking distance or a short drive away.

You would expect rooms to have tea and coffee making facilities and we won’t disappoint you. You can also take advantage of herbal drinks available from the kitchen too.

All rooms feature hairdryers and we have an ironing board available on request.

Forgotten something? We supply complimentary toiletries in each of our rooms, and even if you have a favourite brand, there is a Tesco Express a few metres walk down towards town.

Our building is right up to date with the latest fire protection with centrally linked smoke detectors in every room and hallway for your safety.
